Well, not really. I have realised that for whatever reason, my art has become more of a "let's take pretty pirctures and call it art" sort of art. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I just seem to have abandoned the good old pen(cil) and paper that was the reason for my being on this site in the first place - over 2 years ago now. Wow, 2 years. So much has changed. Hopefully, my drawing has improved somewhat because I looked back at my very first drawing I submitted to DA over 2 years ago (which is no longer anywhere on my account due to the sheer pooeyness of it) and I have to say, I cringed more than I have done in a long time. I remember being so unbelievably proud of it. I was so proud of it that I had to take a picture of it with my digicam to submit it because I didn't have a scanner. And then, 2 days later, I went all the way to Oxford and bought my LUFFLY scanner which is still one of my dearest posessions to date. Good times, good times.

Anyway, yes. The actual point of this entry. I shall get my drawing butt into gear tonight and shall hopefully have something to submit by tomorrow morning at the latest. We shall see, we shall see.





ART TRADES
ALSO, ART TRADES. I have never done one and feel that as I have the best part of 8 weeks to kill, then I may as well do something productive. So yes. If anyone's interested in art trades with moi, then let me know. =]... Once I get some character references done that is. Even some characters of any sort would help I guess.
