Description
From the Jimmy Eat World song, "Polaris." Over the past few days, I have become a tad obsessed with them, this song especially along with some others on their "Futures" album. Amazing lyrics.
Polaris is the proper name for the Noth Star if anyone wasn't sure. I think it sounds a bit pretty to be honest.
Anyway, enough ranting about my current music taste. Yeah, this was my first attempt at doing anything nearly completely in Photoshop. I drew the outline with pen as usual but everything else is done on Photoshop. I am quite proud of it considering it was a first attempt and I had to use my laptop mouse. It took the better part of about 7 hours to be honest, but the majority of that was me learning how to use the frigging programme. But now I know how, I love it. I shall be using it a lot more in the future methinks. Hopefully, when I get money of any sort, I shall purchase a tablet to make the whole ordeal a lot easier, but until then I shall use my darling laptop mouse. I am very proud of the sky and moon in particular.
I think I shall do a few pieces with the main feature being the night sky. With my interests lying deeply in Astronomy and Astrophysics recently, and having read 2 Stephen Hawkins books today I am feeling in a very "spacey" sort of mood. And the night sky is always beautiful I think. So yes, watch this space for that. (No pun intended, I should add.)
As a bit of random information, Southampton University offer a Masters in Astrophysics course where in Yr 4, you get to go and study at Havard, USA for a year!! BUT you need AAB in A-levels... hmm. We shall see. But fingers crossed.
